Family and Youth Incorporated (FYI) is dedicated to providing interventions that are specific to the family's desires, time-limited, and measurable.

FYI provides community-based and in-home interventions that are family-guided and family-driven to better meet the goals of the individual family.

FYI 's staff are carefully selected for their experience and professionalism and undergo thorough training before and after beginning work with us. We strive to be culturally sensitive and to honor diversity.

FYI's staff work with a family's strengths, to help enhance the self-management, problem-solving and coping skills that families already have.

We believe that community-based services can be a desirable and effective alternative to out of home placement, and that working within communities, schools and homes provides the best chance for success.
