Family Centered Approach

At Family & Youth Incorporated (FYI), we believe that the family can and should guide and determine goals and the level of assistance. Our role is to help facilitate those goals that are most important to the family as a whole, in the manner that is most acceptable. Sometimes a child's behavior or family circumstances can impede his or her ability to function in the home and community. FYI believes that many children at risk for out of home placement can be successful in the home, with the right community-based supports.

Through collaboration with families, schools and community agencies, FYI provides individualized services, catered to fit the desires of the family.
